Car Ripoff Reports
Thank you for visiting Lemon Shopper.com. The reason that this site is here is because of an experience that I had buying a used car in 2010. It seems that there are alot of unscrupulous people using the internet to sell cars that are lemons and hide the facts from the buyers of those cars. This website has to do more with identifying problems that all cars have and letting you the consumer know about them before you buy a car from an individual or small auto dealer in your local area.
Now when it comes to buying a car on websites and bulletin boards on the internet, you have to really be careful when you are buying a used car from an individual out of a classified internet website or through a local newspaper ad. When it comes to buying a used car online, there is a lot of information on the reliability and dependability of all of the different manufacturers and they seem to be written by the auto industry and then posted all over the web to give you the best possible view of their product online.
Lemon Shopper is designed to give you the visitor the ability to post all of your comments about any type of car, van, motorcylce,Rv,truck and have the unbiased ability to post those comments without censorship. We are putting the power into the hands of the consumer to post their true life experiences with differnet makes and models of automobiles and find some of the common problems of most of the automobiles or trucks that you are considering to buying online or through an individual.
People have been getting ripped off for years when they choose to buy a used car or used vehicle from an individual who doesn’t have a reputation to protect and don’t have a place of business to sell their cars as well. When you buy a car or truck from an individual, the first thing that should go through your mind is this guy is trying to rip me off and that I have to do everything that I can to stop he or she from doing it. Most of the time when we are looking to buy a used car or buy a used van online, we are always looking at the price and what the “Brand Identity” is for the car you are looking to buy. For example if you want a dependable car you think of names like Toyota or Honda or Nissan etc… When you think of cars that aren’t that dependable you start to associate other brands to that particular type of car. We all have these biases in how we view the dependability and quality of cars and a lot of it comes from our personal experiences with that particular car or vehicle and we tend to stick to those perceptions regardless of what the facts are.
Lemon Shopper is designed to post information about cars and trucks that have problems so that you can make the decision of buying that car based on the unbiased feedback of consumers and users who have had a bad experience with the car. There are many cars on the market that have inherent problems that complaints seem to rise about all the time. You surely won’t find this information posted on the website of the manufacturers or dealers of these cars and trucks so you have to do your homework to find out what the truth is about a particular car or truck.
We are more like an Automobile Review Guide created by the consumers who use the cars and vehicles and we don’t get paid by the big car makers to post good things about their vehicles. On the contrary, we post the articles that show the faults of the cars and give you a heads up on which cars seem to have problems so that you can make a decision on whether or not you want to purchase or buy a car or truck from an individual.
